While many questions can be answered without an appointment, we are happy to assist you with your account or help you schedule an appointment in person, by phone, or through email during normal office hours. If your question does require an appointment, our counselors are available to meet in person, on Zoom, or by phone. We know that many families are living in uncertainty. We are here to help in any way possible.

Protect Your Personal Information

Many to-do items requesting documents that may have a social security number include a link to upload them securely to our systems through your Student Center. If documents have social security numbers on them, we cannot accept them through email unless the number is redacted. You can also securely fax documents to the Financial Aid Office at (208) 426-1305. Please also remember to include your student ID number on the document.
