When it鈥檚 time to move out, you鈥檒l follow the move out process listed below.
Please note your account may be charged an improper check-out charge of
$150 and/or a lock change if the check-out process is not followed and/or
keys are not returned on time, in addition to any applicable cleaning and
damage charges.

Any Additional closing information will be provided via email, flyers, and
floor meetings as needed. Failure to follow posted and written information
about the check-out process may result in additional administrative charges.
This includes check-outs during the middle of the year due to room changes,
petitioning out of the housing agreement, or removal from the halls.

If any of your property is left behind, you will be charged for the removal of
any property and daily storage fees. If it is not reclaimed, it will be treated as
abandoned property, and the university may donate or otherwise dispose of
such property without liability.

To complete the Residence Life check-out process follow the steps listed below:

The Move Out process will be communicated to residents living on campus
directly from their Residence Director in an email to their 青青草app State email
account. They will sign up for a Move Out appointment and complete a
Move Out sheet with a student staff member.

Residents are expected to leave their rooms in the same condition they
received the room during Move In. Cleaning supplies can be checked out at
each front desk and donation bins will be available during the last two weeks
of school.

By signing the move out sheet, residents attest to completing the tasks
communicated to them and fully understand and accept any and all charges
associated with the move out.

Residents will be charged for damages and excessive cleaning found in the
space. Residents are highly encouraged to take pictures of the empty space
for their records.

Any questions regarding your move -out can be directed to the Resident
Director.
