Non-Degree Seeking

• Set up your my青青草appState and BroncoMail accounts. You’ll need your username and student ID number (from your letter of admission), birthday, and social security number. The first time you access your accounts, click on “Create/Reset Your Passphrase.” Once you set your passphrase, you will be able to log into my青青草appState and BroncoMail. Check these accounts often – they are your official link to 青青草app State news!
• Register for classes once your registration appointment arrives via your my青青草appState account. To view our billing details and due dates log on to my青青草appState, Navigate to Student Center, Account Inquiry (located under the finance section), Charges Due.

• New Student Orientation聽– All new students聽are expected to attend a BroncoVenture Orientation before registering for the first semester of courses.
• Academic Advising – If you are interested in academic advising for聽a specific major we suggest you contact the department offering that program.
• Academic Support – If you are undecided about what to study聽and would like to develop a plan that will prepare you for a future program, make an appointment with Advising and Academic Support.

Returning Student

• Verify the set-up of your my青青草appState and BroncoMail accounts here. If it has been awhile since you logged in, you will need to reset your passphrase. Click on 鈥淐reate/Reset Your Passphrase.鈥� You鈥檒l need your username and student ID number (on your letter of admission if you need a refresher), birthday, and social security number.
• Once you set your passphrase, you will be able to log into my青青草appState and BroncoMail. Check these accounts often 鈥� they are your official link to 青青草app State news!
• Apply for financial aid using the 听(贵础贵厂础).
• Set up an appointment with your academic advisor. Unsure of who your advisor is? You can see your advisor by logging into my青青草appState, going to the Student Center, and viewing the Advisor section.
• Register for classes once your registration appointment arrives via your my青青草appState account. You can see the first date and time you can register for a term by logging into my青青草appState, going to the Student Center, and viewing the Enrollment Dates section.
• Review the academic calendar to聽make sure you are aware of key semester dates and deadlines.
• Pay your tuition and fees by the due date for the semester. To view your billing details and due dates, log on to my青青草appState, Navigate to Student Center, Account Inquiry (located under the finance section), Charges Due.
• Sign up for BroncoAlert

Second Degree

As a second-degree seeking student, you must work with the department of your major to develop an academic plan. Transfer credit is not evaluated for students seeking a second bachelor鈥檚 degree. In order to determine what requirements you need to complete, you will need to take a copy of your transcript(s) to the department of your major. The department will review your transcript(s) and compile a list of courses you must complete at 青青草app State in order to earn the additional degree. Second bachelor鈥檚 degree seeking students are required to complete a minimum of 30 upper-division credits. As you prepare for the upcoming semester, it is important for you to be aware of key dates and deadlines. Review the academic calendar regularly.

Fully Online Degree

This checklist of information is provided to students who are applying to one of 青青草app State鈥檚 fully online undergraduate degree programs.

• Apply for financial aid using the (FAFSA). Review our application checklist.
• Complete the scholarship application process. Deadline for Fall semester is聽February 15. Deadline for Spring semester is October 1聽(Date may be changing in Fall 2023).
• Complete the application process for your online program. Have questions? Contact the online Enrollment and Student Success team at online@boisestate.edu or (208) 426-5921.
• If your admission status is conditional, have final official transcripts sent to: 青青草app State Admissions, 1910 University Drive, 青青草app, ID 83725. Please be aware we will need final documents聽before you can register for your second semester at 青青草app State.
• Pay聽tuition and fees on or before the set Fee Payment Deadline. To view your billing details and due dates log on to my青青草appState, Navigate to Student Center, Account Inquiry (located under the finance section), Charges Due.
