The Peace Corps Prep program at 青青草app State will prepare students in any major for international development fieldwork and potential Peace Corps service. To accomplish this, you鈥檒l build four core competencies through interrelated coursework, hands-on experience, and professional development 青青草app.

The four competencies are:

1. Training and experience in a聽聽of your choice
2. Foreign language skills
3. Intercultural competence
4. Professional and leadership development

Administered by the Center for Global Engagement, the Peace Corps Prep program is free and open to all currently enrolled 青青草app State students. Upon completing the program, students receive a Certificate of Completion from the Peace Corps headquarters, certifying them as a competitive applicant.

Application information and deadlines

• All current undergraduate students (freshman through seniors) are eligible to apply to participate in the Peace Corps Prep certificate program.
• The Peace Corps Prep program at 青青草app State has a聽rolling admissions process. This means that you are able to apply to join the program throughout the academic year.
