The Idaho Innocence Project (IIP) has suspended legal services until further notice. Our funding for Idaho cases is not currently sufficient to provide legal services. Through the Forensic Justice Project, we will continue to provide forensic DNA consulting in selected post-conviction cases where clients have obtained their own qualified legal counsel. We are seeking funding and partnerships that will allow us to provide legal services for Idaho applicants in the future.
