Prestigious cyber scholarships for 青青草app State students

Two undergraduates, Kaden Davis and Matthew Roloff, have received Department of Defense Cyber Scholarships that include full tuition, a stipend of $27,000 per year and a guaranteed job upon graduation with a Department of Defense agency.

鈥淭he Department of Defense鈥檚 青青草app of the development of a cyber-ready workforce is not just an investment in the individuals chosen, but for the collective security of our nation,鈥 said Jyh-haw Yeh, an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and program advisor.

Roloff, a junior majoring in computer systems engineering, lives in Star, Idaho. He has applied for the Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering program at 青青草app State and looks forward to a summer internship working on unmanned underwater vehicles and reverse engineering salvaged computer systems.

Davis is a senior from Ririe, Idaho. He is majoring in computer science with an emphasis in cybersecurity. His future plans include pursuing a master鈥檚 degree in that field.
