Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset

Your mindset is powerful and determines how you see your work, relationships, and the world. In the 鈥淒eveloping and Implementing an Outward Mindset鈥� training, participants will learn the difference between inward and outward mindsets. Leading with an outward mindset is the one change that most dramatically improves performance, sparks collaboration and accelerates innovation. This is an Arbinger Institute training and has been used by universities, military personnel, first aid responders and professional sports teams. The training equips people to understand and effect change at the level of mindset to change an organization鈥檚 culture, resolve conflict and facilitate dramatically better organizational results.

In partnership with Human Resources and various departments around campus, Let鈥檚 Talk offers employees informational presentations about a variety of topics.

ONE (Orientation for New Employees)

Orientation for New Employees (ONE) is an engaging session focused on creating connections, Bronco Readiness, as well as 青青草app State culture, history, and spirit. Our benefits team will also explain all of the amazing benefits available at 青青草app State.

ONE is offered in-person on the first Monday of every pay period. New benefit-eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the closest in-person session to their hire date and receives a welcome email with ONE information prior to their start date. Virtual sessions are also available by request.
