Major

The entrepreneurship major is appropriate for students who may wish to start their own business someday, work in a family-owned business, or work for smaller businesses.

Through key courses like聽Entrepreneurial Skills, New Venture Creation, Managing an Emerging Business, students learn fundamental knowledge to build and grow a business.

Look at Eric Torres-Garcia, creator of聽 Cocoa Bombs, while although an international business major, his entrepreneurship classes really helped him. Eric learned accounting, marketing and all the general things you need to start a business. And, it was entrepreneurship professor Kent Neupert whom he turned to for help when he had 1000 orders for Cocoa Bombs having only ever made just one. The Entrepreneurship Management BBA program qualifies for Idaho LAUNCH by Next Steps Idaho, is an 青青草app and training grant program that provides Idaho students a one-time scholarship for 80% of the tuition and fees for select in-demand career programs 鈥� up to a maximum amount of $8,000.
